These terms govern your use of the Optio Property Group website. By using this website you agree to them. In these terms, Optio means Optio Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 68 689 507 382).
About Optio
Optio is a property investment consultancy. Optio researches the market and works with builders, land developers and agents who meet its criteria, and presents the properties that suit the purchaser’s budget and requirements. Optio is paid by the seller when the purchaser buys, and the purchaser pays Optio nothing.
Optio is not a party to the contract of sale and is not the agent named on it: the seller sells under its own licence. Optio is not appointed as a buyers agent for the purchaser, and does not provide legal, taxation or financial advice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and you and Optio submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State. Where Optio operates in another State or Territory, the laws of that place continue to apply to its conduct there.
